Finally!!
I have finally gotten all the typo's (I think) after 3 prints of the book. Its cost is a bit more than I like, but it is finished it is 108 pages, and has all contributors. Overall, a very nice piece of work by our members.

Cost - around $35 + Tax & Shipping (Shipping is to expensive in my opinion though)
